What started out as a realtor.com labs project turned into a fear of transparency by agents and was unfortunately leaked before it was launched. It was a great big data challenge that distilled essential stats down to a consumable format valuable in choosing an agent to sell your home. The agent results were geo centric, meaning we showed agents that had listed houses in the neighborhood/city/zip in which your home is located.
As a home owner looking to sell, I want an agent that knows my neighborhood, one that will know when to sell and know what else is happening/selling in my area. Giving me a relative historical view of what they have done in my area is a key factor in choosing an agent.
